Programme Manager, Norwich Opportunity Area
Opportunity Areas are areas of England where the Department for Education is focusing energy, ideas and resources to provide young people with the chances and choices to fulfil their full potential. The Norwich Opportunity Area is committing local and national resources towards a common goal – to increase social mobility for children and young people.
Skilled in programme management, the successful candidate should have a proven track record of delivery to a high level against ambitious targets. Your main purpose will be to support the Norwich Opportunity Area Programme Director to manage a wide range of projects across Norwich in Early Years, School Quality and Attainment, Parenting and the Home Learning Environment and Post-16 Education. You will also lead projects to increase access to higher education, increase aspiration and improve careers advice for young people. This is a 1 year fixed term post.
