Regeneration of Grade II listed park and waterways back into use for leisure and tourism purposes, with consequent economic benefit.

Restoring the park and gardens to facilitate training, skills and volunteering opportunities that represent much needed social investment in Gt Yarmouth.

To provide an economically viable legacy for the local community, visitors and tourists, based on an important heritage element of the towns seafront.
