The programme aimed to extend the coverage of Superfast Broadband in the county. The LEP contributed to the second part of the project, which was to extend the coverage of superfast broadband to 98% by 2020.
In 2020, the LEP secured £32.1m from the Government’s Getting Building Fund, some of which will go towards extending full fibre infrastructure to remaining premises in Suffolk.
