The European Social Fund (ESF) focuses on skills and training, and providing employability support to help people facing barriers to securing work.

New Anglia LEP coordinates the £40m European Social Fund programme in Suffolk and Norfolk in collaboration with the Department for Work and Pensions.  The ESF programme offers a range of employment skills and training opportunities delivered through local projects.   Details of current initiatives below.
