OutComes:

On Track works with 16-24 year olds in Norfolk who are unemployed, and not in education or training.  Their individually tailored programmes support young people with skills and training, mental health and wellbeing, and social skills and confidence.
The project is run by the Matthew Project, and its delivery partners include YMCA Norfolk, GYROS, Nansa and the Princes Trust.   It is part of the Building Better Opportunities programme, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund and European Social Fund.
As a result of working with On Track I ended up getting a job.  They helped me get to a point where I was capable of doing this.
Hayley, On Track participant.
