ANA includes a team of Apprenticeship experts and Apprenticeship Mentors who work with small and medium sized businesses in Norfolk and Suffolk supporting them to recruit the very best new talent from education through our partnerships with schools, colleges and training providers.
We help businesses to plan, recruit, find and fund Apprenticeship training. We also provide the right amount of help to young people looking for an Apprenticeship, helping them to successfully make the transition from education to employment.
Uniquely, ANA can also offer conditional apprenticeships to all those young people who are ready to embark on one on leaving education.
In response to the COVID 19 pandemic we also provide a Take-Up service to help redundant apprentices aged 16 – 24 to find a new employers.
Our unique service allows us to tailor-make a package to meet every business’s needs and we and our delivery partners can even offer apprentices that don’t have to be employed directly.
