Bev works as a Skills Broker for the Skills Boot Camps project. Her role is to support the 8 education providers delivering the sector specific boot camps. She will also be brokering key initial links with employers who require training or can offer guaranteed job interviews to successful candidates. In addition, she will be liaising with council colleagues, DWP, educational providers, external stakeholders, Growth hub advisors and businesses to promote the project. This role supports the New Anglia LEPs Skills Advisory Panel’s commitment to upskill the existing workforce throughout Norfolk and Suffolk.
