Chris Starkie, Chief Executive of New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership, has joined the England, Midlands & East Committee of the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
One of three new committee members announced today, Chris has more than a decade’s experience in regeneration and placemaking and is passionate about the important role heritage plays in the life of local communities.
As CEO of the LEP, Chris works closely with local businesses, educational institutions and authorities to create jobs and improve skills and opportunities for local people. This has included investing in a portfolio of heritage assets, bringing new life to historic buildings, supporting new jobs and revitalising communities.
