The Enterprise Zone Accelerator Fund has supported the development and growth of Enterprise Zones in Great Yarmouth, King’s Lynn and the Norwich Research Park through investment in new development. The extension to the programme will support the occupation of the new developments through suitable fit-out of the premises. In light of the impact of Covid-19, the retention of high growth tenants in the region and the attraction of inward investment through the provision of suitable premises is vital.
