The developers of The Winerack have officially launched Phase 1 of the project.
The ‘3rd Quarter’ (Q3) comprises 11, two and three bedroom apartments in a private standalone building overlooking the marina These apartments will be available to move in from May 2019. The show apartment is due to open early 2019 and is on the top floor of Q3 with views over the waterfront.
The building was left in a semi-constructed condition since the financial crash of 2008. Ipswich Wharf Developments Ltd took on development of the building following £15 million investment through Homes England’s Home Building Fund and £5 million from New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) through its Growing Places Fund.
The dedicated Winerack sales office, located on the ground floor of 15b Regatta Quay, will be in operation from May 2019. The apartments within the 1st Quarter are all sold. The 2nd and 4th Quarters will launch early 2019 with completion January 2020. Exquisite Home has been appointed as the selling agent.
