C-J Green, Co-Founder and Executive Director of BraveGoose, has joined the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership Board. C-J brings a range of private and public sector human resources experience to the Board. She is Co-Founder and Executive Director of BraveGoose, a technology-driven human resources advice solution.
She was previously Chief People Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of a Suffolk company with a global workforce of 26,000.
She is also a Trustee of Pepal, who connect non-government organisations and global corporations to find solutions to social issues.
She said: “I’m delighted to be joining the Board of New Anglia LEP. I believe strongly in the capability of business as a force for good and I’ve seen many examples of that already across Norfolk and Suffolk.
“I am looking forward to representing local businesses at this challenging time and using my expertise and experience to help drive forward the LEP’s work through recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Doug Field, Chair of New Anglia LEP, said: “I’m pleased to be able to welcome C-J to the LEP Board. She joins us at a time when the work of the LEP, and its partners, has never been more crucial.
“Many of our businesses are facing some of their most challenging times and we are working hard to support them, ensuring they have they help they need today and for the future.”
Lindsey Rix, of Aviva, has stood down from the LEP Board. Jeanette Wheeler, Partner at Birketts, has succeeded Lindsey as Deputy Chair.
Doug Field added: “On behalf of all the LEP Board and team, I would like to thank Lindsey for her commitment and focus. Her input into our decision making has been hugely valuable.”
