Ensors Chartered Accountants has moved into a new base on the Princes Street Enterprise Zone site in Ipswich town centre.
The firm has taken space on the top floor of the Connexions building, providing a larger usable space to accommodate further expansion and a state-of-the-art air conditioning system that provides reassurance in a post-COVID world. A roof terrace provides outdoor meeting space and delivers stunning views across Ipswich.
Julian Munson, Head of Enterprise Zones and Innovation for New Anglia LEP, said: “Ensors’ decision to move into Connexions highlights the demand for flexible, well-connected office space, and is a real endorsement of this fast-growing professional corridor between Ipswich Station and the town centre.
“The Enterprise Zone site in Princes Street provides space for new and expanding businesses across our key sectors, such as legal, finance and creative media, with easy access to road and rail links.”
David Scrivener, Managing Partner, said: “Following significant investment, our relocation is a clear commitment to our staff, our clients and Ipswich town as a whole.
“Through the work of the Enterprise Zone, this area is rapidly becoming the premier position for the town’s professionals, and we are really pleased to be a part of this future growth and development.”
Barry Gostling, Ipswich Office Partner, said: “This move has been a long-time coming as we have increasingly realised the need for a space that facilitated our collaborative way of working.
“In order to deliver our clients with the best possible service it is essential that our teams work closely together and an open-plan space is clearly the best way to achieve this.”
