Review of Audit plan – presented by Price Bailey - Confidential
Aaron Widdows (AW) from Price Bailey presented the meeting with the proposed approach to the
audit.

AW thanked the LEP team for their support with the audit and AW and WB left the meeting.

Corporate Risk - Risk Register – Confidential
RW presented the risk register and reviewed the key changes.

Local Assurance Framework Monitoring
MR updated the meeting on the findings of the latest review of the Local Assurance Framework and
noted that no significant issues had been identified.
MR noted that none of the exemptions and extensions offered to allow for the impact of covid were
required and the Annual Performance Review had been completed and the LEP was found to have
met requirements in all areas.

It was agreed that the next meeting will be in February 2022.
