Salary: Up to £22,000 per annum depending on experience

Hours: Working hours will be 37.5hrs a week, Monday to Friday

About The Role
We are recruiting for an Activities & Guest Information Coordinator, an exciting new role within the
Marketing Department.
This role will be to provide internal administrative support in the set up of all activities and event documentation across
both Parks and be the rst point of contact for activity queries from staff.
You will be coordinating and distributing online and printed information to ensure it is correct and up to date, as well as
to support a variety of Marketing related functions.
Every day is different. You’ll communicate regularly with all departments to make sure we are able to deliver excellent
customer service.

About You
We are looking for someone who is able to assist in the effective delivery of information to be consistent and up to date,
in a postive and enthusiastic manner.
You will be continually looking to maintain the information provided and build staff engagement, playing a key role in
promoting Park information and activities.
You will be orgainsied and able to multitask, whilst maintaining Park standards with great attention to detail.
Your excellent communication skills will help maintain good working relationships across all departments.
