We are recruitng for an Owner Services
dministrator & Plot Compliance Development Officer
at Kelling Heath Holiday Park
You will work and liaise with appropriate departments, Managers and Holiday
Home Owners to ensure plots are developed and maintained in accordance
with the Pitch Design and Management Guide (PDMG) and for the benefit of all
parties.
Key duties include dealing with customers in a pleasant and courteous manner
at all times, meeting company expectations in customer service standards and
ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly.
You will assist in the efficient and smooth running of the Holiday Home Sales
and Owner Services departments.
This is a very interesting and varied role, working in a friendly and supportive
team at a 5* Holiday Park in North Norfolk.
