Martin Williams (MW) declared an interest in The Malthouse. (Item 10).
Andrew Proctor (AP) declared an interest on behalf of Norwich County Council in Item 11. It was agreed
that this would be addressed last on the agenda.

DE requested details of the scheme by district. CD confirmed that details of the recipients are published

Resilience and Recovery Programme Performance Report and Grant Approvals by District
CD confirmed that 120 projects have been funded with £4.5m committed and applications continue to be
received.

Reporting: Innovative Projects Fund Calls 1 &2
CD advised that the last of the projects from the second round are now being funded as this was delayed
by the pandemic. It is the attention have a third scheme later in the year.
