Norfolk and Suffolk food and drink producers are harvesting great leads following a trade mission to the Netherlands, led by the East’s investment team
A food and drink trade mission from the East of England is to exhibit for the first time at the largest hospitality trade show in the Netherlands, Horecava, from 7 to 10 January 2019.
New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership has awarded Norfolk-based national charity the Hawk and Owl Trust £100,000 towards its Sculthorpe Fen Appeal, developing a new, much enlarged reserve, facilities and community engagement.
A £710,000 transformation of the railway station forecourt in Great Yarmouth has been officially opened. The project, funded through the LEP’s Growth Deal with Government, has seen the creation of new pick-up and drop-off points, better links to the town centre and landscape improvements.
Energy sector firm Subsea Technology & Rentals Ltd, which specialises in the design, production and rental of advanced subsea technology, is enhancing its facilities in Great Yarmouth and creating new jobs with support from the Growing Business Fund.
