KEEP+ is an ERDF funded knowledge exchange programme offering grants for SMEs to collaborate with academic organisations, engage consultancy support and in some instances make specialist capital purchases.
KEEP+ has been supporting businesses to access academic expertise and other support to help them develop new products and services since the start of 2017. Led by Anglia Ruskin University on behalf of a consortium of partners (the Universities of Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Brighton and Greenwich) and covering the New Anglia, South East, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority LEPs, KEEP+ offer grants against knowledge exchange, consultancy and specialist capital purchases. In Phase 1 we assisted 175 companies and deployed £3.2m of funding, Phase 2 commenced on 1st April 2020 and runs until 31/12/22.
