We are pleased to be a holder of the New Anglia Youth Pledge Marque. We have earned the Marque by hiring an apprentice, and working with the Enterprise Adviser Network.
The Youth Pledge Marque is a way to reward businesses for pledging to develop the workforce of the future to be fully prepared for employment. It recognises a business’ support for young people by offering work experience placements, employing apprentices or working with schools or colleges through the Enterprise Adviser Network. The Enterprise Adviser Network connects senior, local business leaders with senior leaders in local schools and colleges, helping to motivate and inspire young people, to make a major impact on their work prospects.
The Youth Pledge Marque was Introduced in 2016 by the New Anglia LEP in partnership with Norfolk County Council, Suffolk County Council and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
