A new Sector Skills Plan has been signed for the Visitor Economy (Tourism) sector in Norfolk and Suffolk, outlining plans to future-proof the sector’s skills provision and increase the commercial benefit from one of the best established and fastest growing sectors in the region.
Planning permission has been granted for a scheme which will see the Hempnall crossroads on the A140 replaced with a new roundabout. The scheme is funded with £3.05m from the Department for Transport and £650,000 from New Anglia LEP’s Growth Deal with central Government.
